WHAT IS A SUSTAINER?

A Sustainer is an individual, church, or organization that commits to regularly pray for and financially support CampsAbroad. The faithful, regular support of Sustainers is an invaluable component of our ministry. Since a Sustainer’s financial gifts are not designated for a specific project, CampsAbroad is able to use them for our greatest operational needs. 100% of our operating budget comes from the charitable support of our dear friends! This program enables us to share the Truth of God with the love of God to campers all over the World.

Sustainers are comprised of people who have had various relationships with The Wilds Christian Association. These friends are former staff, former campers, parents of campers, local churches, and even organizations and businesses! The thing that all of these people and organizations have in common is that they believe in the mission of The Wilds and want to take part in it.
